"Nice old style place with good rooms with Nespresso coffee machines and clean towels. Comfortable bed and good free parking tucked from but closed to fast roads. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Nice atmosphere. Will go again."

"Staff are super friendly and helpful. I like the fact that the accessible rooms have a walk in shower opposed to climbing into a lowered bath, which some similar priced hotels nearby have. The location is convenient to where my family live, and away from the city centre, but adjacent to the showground, so depending upon which activities people wish to access, may impact customers choosing this venue."

"Room was nice and clean with good facilities, but the spa and swimming pools changing rooms need refurbishment, there was lockers without doors and even the lockers which had doors had their locks broken which couldn’t be used. I had leave my stuff in my room which wasn’t convenient."

"Nice hotel in a convenient location, my only complaint was that the room was cold and when I asked about it I was told the heating doesn’t come on until 6pm. Unfortunately the heating didn’t seem to come on at any time of dayl, We visited early April."
