"This hotel is newer than I thought- very clean and very friendly staff. We couldn’t order taxi using the phone and the concierge staff including Harry was helpful. The luggage storage is straightforward and secure too. Didn’t have time to try the food this time. We look forward to staying there when we visit Beijing in the future. "

The staff of the hotel was very helpful, polite , the breakfast choices were excellent, the self service dinners were delicious, it is the best 4 star hotel in Beijing in terms of quality , price, service that I could find. The location of the hotel is so convenient for the public transport . I do recommend this hotel for all travellers for business purposes. Thanks for the excellent service ."

"Ladies at the executive lounge are very attentive to guests' needs. Swimming pool and gym were world class. They just changed their beds and were too firm (almost hard like many hotel beds in Asia) but the room director assured us that they will get softer and plusher beds to meet guests' needs in future. So email them to arrange for plush beds if you need them."

"A great little boutique hotel. I loved the location half way between the airport and the centre for a quieter neighbourhood feel. It feels cozy. Really enjoyed the terrace for some sunshine. The breakfast ordering process wasn't explained to me when i checked in, so I had to feel my way through that! Staff mostly use a translation tool to communicate, which is very common in Beijing. "

"The hotel itself was comfortable. The room was ok. staff did their job efficiently. However, there are a couple of important things that I felt let it down. Everything is in Chinese ...I would suggest an English translation..this would make life easier for Western visitors. Also the internet was very unreliable and spotty . If these things are considered then it would be a major improvement"
