"Leftover stuff in the refrigerator, my room did not have a remote for t.v., when i went to the front desk to get one I was told there was one already in there and I said well then would you please show me where it's at because I've gone through the closet and I've gone through every drawer and so I asked for her to give me a remote please, she said she didnt no if she had one so she opened the drawer and there were a few in there so she handed me a remote, I went back upstairs and the remote didn't work on the TV so I go back down and told her that the remote did not work on the TV because while it might have to be programmed and I'm like do you have a different remote a different kind of remote and so she made a phone call I guess to her supervisor and she comes walking out of the back room with two different remotes and she goes well I don't know if either one of these will work because they may have to be programmed I said just give me both of them and I'll bring back the one that doesn't work. As we were speaking a couple walked in and she ignored me and took care of the people who just walked in instead of continuing what we were trying to get accomplished, I told her that that was being rude that I was there first and she was helping me and it was rude for her to start helping somebody else without addressing my problem so I said just give me both of them and I'll bring back the one that doesn't work she him hard about it and I said look I can't go to sleep without the "

"My feet were dirty after walking barefoot on the floor. The cancellation policy is rubbish!!! No flexibility in case of change of plans!! AVOID."

"Breakfast was good. Hot tub was hot enough but don't recommend the jets too much vibration and the chlorine smell was a little strong but that could be due to being an inside pool and hot tub. The pool was nice as well. Overall we enjoyed staying and have already booked another stay."

"The staff is very welcoming here everything is under surveillance so u are protected as well as ur vehicles , ur safety is their 1st priority which is amazing ... the rooms are very clean and the hotwl offers a arcade , 24 hr fitness , and a club of all things ... it was an amazing stay and we will being staying again soon ... thank you so much to all the staff "

"Steve and Karen are wonderful hosts. They are considerate and kind. Breakfast was delicious. We were serenaded with Steve on the fiddle and Karen on the washboard. Great fun. Enjoyable visit. "
