"I only stayed for two nights, but the receptionist was very welcoming. As I was arriving just after the restaurant closed, they arranged for a meal to be brought to my room so I had that when I arrived. They also arranged my transport from the airport and back. The room was spotless and spacious, the bed was comfortable. Beautiful sea view from the terrace. Breakfast was lovely. I couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend."

One site manager, Alex and his wife catered and were attentive to every need and requirement from arranging transportation and including organising flower arrangements and dinner banquet for our anniversary to celebrate the occasion. "Lovely setting with beach bungalows in a nice garden. Breakfast was really tasty - set menu but could order more than one item! Beach itself is idyllic and great for snorkelling/kayaking. Service was really good, especially a big shout out for the ice cream cake for my birthday! Only downside to this place was that the bed was a little hard for us westerners, but aside from that, all good. "

"Nice hotel near Lamai beach, which is a more laid back part of the island. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, but not a lot o shopping choices. The pool area is nice area to lounge, overlooking the beach. The breakfast buffet for an additional $11 was a good deal for what you get - a variety of Western & Asian cuisine that was so delicious. The professional staff are friendly, welcoming & accommodating."

"This hotel was nice and the staff were lovely. I just wanted to note that the beach is NOT accessible from this hotel, at all. If you want to go to the beach you need to walk down a road and then run across a 4-lane highway, and then there is no path to the beach, you need to jump over a fence and go through someone’s yard. There is a white gate that supposedly is open but wasn’t the whole time we were staying there, and even if it was open, you still need to run across the highway and walk through long grass. If you’re not concerned about going to the beach, or running across a very busy highway, then this hotel might be perfect for you, but if you want to go to the beach, and have young kids, then I personally wouldn’t recommend it, and I wish I had know that getting to the beach would’ve such a dangerous trek. They do have a nice pool and it was fun to hang out at the pool instead, although I’m sad that we couldn’t have gone to the beach. "
