Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, surf school 20 m, tennis 3 km, riding stable 15 km. Nearby attractions: Bordeaux 60 km, Dune du Pilat 80 km, Saint Emilion 80 km.
1-room studio 23 m2 on 1st floor. Simple furnishings: living room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. No heating option. Large balcony 6 m2, west facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the ocean. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage space n 78. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
