"This was exactly what I was looking for in Old Quebec City. Not a sterile, cookie-cutter franchise inconveniently located away from this historical area. There are concessions to be made however. No elevators combined with narrow, winding stairs make for hauling heavy luggage difficult. Don't expect staff to assist either. This property, while clean, needed painting in the public areas and some carpet replacement. These are not deal breakers for me because the cost was exceptional for the...
