Villa Chiara is an exclusive residence capable of accommodating up to eight guests. Located just three minutes by golf cart from the stunning Minitas Beach and five minutes from the Casa de Campo Marina, the villa offers panoramic views of the prestigious golf course. The four suites ensure a high level of privacy and are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, spacious wardrobes, and private bathrooms with showers.

The bright living room, elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas, opens directly onto the pool and hot tub area, set amidst a lush garden. A separate TV area with a flat-screen TV overlooks the pool and is distinct from the bedrooms and living area. The villa features a spacious dining room and a full-time hospitality team, including a maid and a chef. Upon request, a butler service is also available. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and a gasoline golf cart, with the first tank included; it is requested that the cart be returned with a full tank.

The complex, featuring 24-hour security, allows our guests to register at the clubhouse for a secure stay. Copies of passports are required one week prior to arrival to receive an access code.

Guests are required to pay the complex directly a fee of $25 per day for adults and $12 per day for children to access all common areas, which include:

- Beach: equipped with towels, umbrellas, sun loungers, and access to adult and children's pools
- Youth area: featuring PlayStation, basketball, ping pong, foosball, billiards, and giant checkers
- Various pools in common areas, except for the hotel pool, which does not provide towels
- Altos de Chavón: featuring local restaurants, an amphitheater, and spectacular views of the river, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine as the evening sets in
