Appartement spacieux mais désuet

Très bon séjour dans un appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé mais très désuet. Le ménage à notre arrivée laissait à désirer. L'endroit est retiré du centre (nous en avions conscience et c'est ce que nous recherchions). Idéal avec notre chien vu que c'est en bordure d'un parc. La vue est superbe. Mais ne vous attendez pas à qqch de moderne ou de rafraîchi : tout le mobilier date ou a été trouvé dans une brocante, les murs ont besoin d'un bon coup de peinture, quant aux moquettes, elles ont vécu ! Cependant la literie était bonne. Je pensais que l'endroit était loué par un particulier mais c'est une agence. Ils doivent en avoir beaucoup d'autres dans le bâtiment. Ne vous attendez pas à ce que ça change après des commentaires négatifs. Rentabilité avec un minimum d'investissement avant tout. Donc cher pour le peu de qualité /confort. Je termine quand même par une note positive : spacieux et bien équipé.
