OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Mountain View Oasis at PGA West features a fabulous lakefront patio with alfresco dining for up to six guests, a BBQ grill, and occasional seating. It’s the perfect place for relaxing in the sun while enjoying the absolutely spectacular mountain views over the picture-perfect lake. As a guest you’ll also have access to a community pool and spa - plus three public golf courses!

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This two-story condo has a great vibe - where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. The free flowing floor plan provides an upscale yet comfortable space for your entire group to spread out in style, and soaring ceilings and clerestory windows add an airy feel. Walls of glass along the back of the house reveal absolutely breathtaking mountain views and open up to the lakefront patio.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress and ample storage. The Master Suite has a King bed, flatscreen TV, ensuite bathroom, and sliding doors to a balcony that overlooks the lake and features fabulous mountain views. The first Guest Room has a Queen bed and a flatscreen TV. The second Guest Room has two Twin beds. Both Guest Rooms share easy access to the Guest Bathroom in the hallway. There is also a half bath downstairs.

THE LOCATION
Located on a quiet residential street in the beautiful La Quinta Cove, at the foot of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Just blocks from endless hiking trails and minutes from Old Town La Quinta where you’ll find restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries and salons. On Sunday mornings in season, Old Town hosts the Certified Farmers’ Market. This part of La Quinta is just 6 miles to the Polo Grounds where Coachella, Stagecoach and other festivals are held. Public and private golf courses dot the area and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is just a short 5 mile drive. Grocery stores, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.

Desert Oasis

Perfect location just 15 minutes from Indian Wells. Contemporary interior with clean lines. Spacious rooms. Perfect for 4 gals. Very easy dealing with Acme Property Management. No complaints…..only rave reviews.

Nice but a bit dated

Could use a little updating. Property was nice and clean but a little dark and decorated with a lot of brown making it feel dark and dated. Key to the fireplace would not turn so we didn’t have use of it. Would suggest leaving a few things such as trash bags etc.

Winter Golfing Break from Edmonton

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the location was excellent for our golfing trip. There were numerous minor irritants that contributed to our lower rating on condition of the property. A number of pot lights were burnt out, the kitchen knives were blunt, total lack of spices, the upstairs bathroom sinks had very low water pressure and had to be run for a long time before we could get any hot water, the location of the TV was awkward because the fireplace made it impossible to view from one of the lounge chairs and when anyone was sitting at the breakfast table and finally the pool and hot tub closest to the unit were cold and dirty. They were however cleaned just before our departure. This unit was not inexpensive and for me to recommend it to friends and family everything would have to be perfect.
