Super convenient to Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella). Easy access to grocery and restaurants. Great backyard and game room.

Everything was excellent, location is especially good. one negative was the 5 bedroom is not a bedroom, it is a game room and one of rollaway beds was not acceptable for someone to sleep in The rest was very, very good and owner communication was excellent.
