"We had a great time during spring break in this rental. It was large enough for our family of 5 in a clean, safe environment just over the bridge from downtown DC. Our boys loved being so close to DC landmarks and within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The building is currently being renovated and looks like the updates will be amazing."

"The property was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and had everything we needed along with such an easy check in and out process. The location was great and having access to its on parking garage was wonderful. After an outing, we came back to find that our air conditioner had stopped working. I let the property manager know and within 45 minutes maintenance was there and had the problem fixed! We had a very good experience and would recommend this property to others."

"Excellent location, well-maintained corporate house. This is much more comfortable than living in a hotel with a large kitchen. Beds are very comfortable too. Whole foods and starbucks are right down the building. Steps to Yellow line. Will live here again!"

"Location and access were great except for the significant construction happening right next to the building on two high rise condo complexes. The space is nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. I would recommend that the carpets be cleaned and avoid using artificial plug in fragrance. I did not use the kitchen, dining or living room, but they were tidy and equipped with cooking and food prep tools. I’m sure having access to the pool would be fun! Very nice gym, too!"

"Great place! Enjoyed my time at their spot in Capitol Hill. Clean space, recently updated, conveniently located. Great spot! Tall guests should be aware that the English basement is a true English basement and if you are 6ft+ you may struggle with the low ceilings. Also, if you're trying to sleep in on weekdays at least, you will hear the family upstairs getting ready for their day. All of which should be understood with this type of apartment. Everyone else should enjoy it just fine!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is close to the metro line, which got us to all of the places we needed to go. We actually turned in our rental car early after we discovered how very convenient the location is. Eating out is a treat there too! just a couple of blocks away is a whole string of decent places to grab lunch or dinner. We enjoyed several of them ourselves.
