"This house has it all. The kitchen is FULLY equipped and the beach accessories are plentiful (beach towels, totes, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) There are a ton of games and books to choose from. The wrap around porch is heaven! We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the porch which was great. The living room fits 10-12 people very comfortably (the sectional sofa is fabulous). The coffee bar is a nice touch! It is a very convenient location...just one block to the beach and boardwalk and close to downtown. The hostess was fabulous. I would highly recommend. My daughter was married at Clarks Landing Yacht Club and the wedding party stayed the night before her wedding and it was lovely. I hosted a breakfast for 15-20 people and seating was plentiful. I had 3 to 7 family members stay the rest of the week and everyone was comfortable. "
