"The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna."

"We couldn't have been happier with this booking. Sylvia was an amazing host who gave us wonderful tips on parking in Bologna and the house was more amazing than the pictures. The scenic views and peacefulness of the house are something that needs to be seen and experienced in person. We had the best time and were sad to leave. "A group of 7 of us stayed at Francis property for a week. The place was a fantastic hub for visiting vineyards, Florence, Pisa and all other touristy bits you may like to do. Sadly the weather was not on our side so we did not get to use the pool or garden as much as we would like, but there was plenty of other things to keep us busy. Franco was excellent with the check in and checkout process, being very flexible and accommodating. Thanks once again 👍"

"Dejlig rummeligt hus, der dog mangler en upgradering teknisk, bl.a. var der ikke nok strøm i huset til at 2 køkkenmaskine kun bruges samtidigt. Der manglede lidt basalt køkkenudstyr. Poolområdet fungerede fint, selvom inventar kunne trænge til fornyelse. Det var varmt, ca. 32 grader og vi savnede fans eller aircon i huset"

We were 5 adults and 3 kids that stayed at the villa. Unfortunately weather was bad for mid May and no heating at all, so it was freezing Would recommend the villa as it will be amazing in the sun, but advice you take everything with you from hand soap, washing liquid, mops, trashing machine detergent as nothing available except 1 toilet role per bathroom. We still enjoyed the place and the wonderful cooking of the cook as she prepared for us an Italian feast that I requested...

Onze aankomst was door omstandigheden pas na 23 uur, ik hield haar op de hoogte via what’s app en ze vond het vooral vervelend voor ons, ze bleef geduldig en vriendelijk en bij aankomst kregen we zelfs wat te drinken aangeboden en werden heel gastvrij onthaald ondanks het late tijdstip.
