The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary bottled water and the luxurious toiletries in the bathroom. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel restaurant, and the food was fantastic! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. "I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The price-quality ratio is excellent, offering great value. However, I was a bit disappointed with the maintenance of the facilities. It was quite evident that the property hasn’t received the necessary upkeep, and the wear and tear over time was noticeable. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the outstanding service."

"We were looking for a 'classic' boutique style hotel experience, not a brand name or contemporary hotel to visit family in the area. We found it here. Stayed 5 nights with for a family of three. From the exceptionally friendly check-in to the included morning breakfast and the central location in San Isidro. We will definitely choose Hotel del Casco again for our next trip to BA."

"The temps dropped to 50s F and the room I was in didn't have a thermostat. After freezing the 1st night I told the front desk and they told me they would turn it on. It came on for the 2nd night, I froze again the 3rd night as the heat wasn't turned on. I would never stay there again. Breakfast was nothing but pastries no silverware on tables."

"The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is old and needs some maintenance. The restaurant was great for dinner and they have incredible coffee. The staff went above & beyond! My spouse was sick and needed medication and they arranged a taxi pickup and found us a safe pharmacy and had the transportation fully arranged."
