"The hostel was in a convenient spot near the border of Gibraltar. And the hostel is located in a nice street with lots of restaurants. When we arrived in the room our airconditioning was not working properly so the lady at the front desk offered us a new room which was very nice of her. We were not properly informed about the parking situation and therefor we had to pay €25 for parking instead of €7. The staff does not speak very good english so communicating can be a challenge. "The property was exactly as the photographs, clean, spacious with all facilities in working order. the location was perfect - easy to find, views were fantastic, ambience peaceful. We were met on arrival with the keys. There were balconies for the bedrooms, many 'day beds' in bedrooms which facilitated singles. Pool was cleaned after we arrived. We had an open log fire when it was cold, and made use of BBQ on warmer days. We are all planning to return."
