"Everything about our stay was perfect. The location. The rooms, the kitchen, the view! It was just a beautiful home. The bunk beds allowed for my 3 teens to share a room but not share a bed. The closeness to the beach allowed for easy access back and forth to the beach. Loved that it was so close to all the restaurants and shops. I would stay here again f we came back to san diego. The owner has a great manual for any questions/ recommendations for places to go. But really I would just recommend...

"Really nice place on Mission Bay. Peaceful and quiet mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise. Lots of water activity (sailboats, kayaks, paddle boarders) throughout the day. Close to great restaurants, coffee, bars, the beach. The townhouse is nicely appointed and well stocked. Two parking spots were key. Never needed to move the car, everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!"

I took one star off for the check in process - the address to the condo is on a street that is not drive-able. A heads up on that would have helped. "This condo is located right on Pacific Beach, our particular condo unit, was convenient to the elevator and off by itself. Perfect location for breakfast, lunch and dinner spots with lots of variety. Get your walking shoes, skates or sandals on, lots of miles to walk down the beach, boardwalk or street shopping.
