"We had a lovely stay here for a week over Easter with our 2 children 12 & 15. Apartment is a little outdated, but that is typical of Torrevieja and reflected in the price. The photos do not do it justice - it is actually over 3 floors with 2 small balcony's and a roof terrace! Very good location, right near Playa de Locos beach and multiple restaurants and supermarkets. A fair 15+ min walk to the Centro zone with more beaches and restaurant options. Roof terrace is big and it’s extremely private with fantastic sea views. The communication with Fabienne was excellent throughout. The apartment is being advertised as “Beautiful newly refurbished” which is a complete lie, everything in this place is old, dated or broken and dirty, we complained about the first day, and the owner basically ignored it. The kitchen doesn’t have a matching set of dishes, the drawer with silverware is nasty (we didn’t even use it), the bath towels looked like floor rags, washed out and old (we bought new ones at Carrefour to use). "This is simply a very lovely place, clearly loved by the owners and cared for. A family home with everything you could need. Pretty veranda and garden space and quiet pool area. A super spot for quiet relaxation. Great places to eat… plenty of opportunity to walk, golf, play tennis or padel, spa….. We would certainly recommend and will be going again…. The towns around are great for a visit and 20 mins to a beach by car/taxi! Loved it."

The apartment was well equipped for all of your self catering needs and was in a great position. 2 minutes walk to the supermarket and less than 5 minutes to the shops and restaurant area. We were very lucky to have amazing weather when we were there and we all enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return. "Great, modern apartment in an area we are familiar with. Modern open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Dual aspect patio doors, we could step out directly to the pool area through the back doors and front doors led to a lovely private terrace, ideal for afternoon and evening sun. Two en-suite double bedrooms, there were just two of us, so used the second bedroom to store our suitcases. Communication with the owner and housekeeper was very prompt Would recommend"

The communication with Vince prior to departure was excellent and he even helped me find a private hire to collect and return us to the airport. The check in process was very easy.
