El Mirador is a fully registered (VT-443789-A ) apartment which has two bedrooms, one double & one twin. There is a full bathroom with shower over bath and a second walk-in large shower room. The lounge / diner opens onto the south-facing balcony with amazing sea views.
There is a community pool, secure parking, shared roof terrace with brick built BBQ.
The apartment has lift access and is wheelchair friendly.
There is a safe for use by guests.
Facilities include Satellite T.V. incorporating a wide choice of channels in variuos languages and Free Wi-Fi. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and fans for the lounge.
The apartment block offers its own bars/restaurant overlooking the sea on the ground floor. Very handy for breakfasts and one of the best Spanish restaurants in Cabo Roig!
Nearby facilities include restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, banks, Internet cafes - all within easy walking distance. A Health-Centre, which also deals with emergencies, is located opposite the rear of the apartment building. There is also an excellent pharmacy close by. On Thursdays the local market is held right outside with fresh local produce on your doorstep.

This property had everything you could possibly need and was in a perfect location.Convient for bars, restaurants, supermarket etc.It was good value for money and I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Cabo roig.

Very nice clean comfortable apartment in a lovely location with beautiful views , 3rd time we have stayed and would not hesitate to return, delighted to receive welcome pack on arrival great touch.

Absolutely fantastic place, better than we expected and the view from the balcony is fantastic.There’s a market every Thursday morning till 2pm that sells everything from rotisserie chicken to sun hats. The bars and restaurants are literally a two minute walk from the apartment and there is a Spanish restaurant directly beneath it, add that to the Marinasol and you really have everything literally on your doorstep. There was a welcome pack when we arrived quite late which was a godsend.

Had a lovely week with my daughter first time that we have stayed in the area the welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch would recommend for anyone that wants a quite break away the key management (Dan And Grace ) were there to greet us and we're very helpful overall a really nice holiday

We had a lovely time. Great view from the balcony. Close to the beach, with supermarket and restaurants nearby. Eventhough we only stayed a couple of days, we were welcomed with ‘breakfast’ essentials in the fridge.

This seaview apartment has everything you need and even leaves you a lovely welcome pack. Beautiful seaview with a lovely big pool and private parking. Restaurants, bars, shops, beach, coastal walks all a stone through away. Will be booking again soon :)

The accommodation is excellent and there are great facitlites locally. The pool is large and very well maintained. A very good restaurant bleow and good value for money. The only very slight drawback is there is also a bar below, which on a couple of occassions had entertainment on untill 12:00ish. This wasn't an issue to us and we'd book again.

This is our second time staying at Anne's apartment at El Mirador and I can honestly say that this is the best with no exception. If like us you enjoy sea views with the beaches on your doorstep then this will be for you. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need from satellite tv to all the comforts of home. Anne's management team Grace and Dan were very welcoming and helpful. We shall definitely be booking again for next year. Rob and Deb P sept 2016

we stayed at this apartment a few years and it was superb then and it still is! We love the location and views even though, as others have said, sometimes noise can be heard from the bars below. However, people's laughter and banter is not the worst noise in the world so it didn't bother us at all. the apartment has everything you need and for a relaxed holiday and there was even a small welcome pack which was greatly appreciated.... no doubt we'll be back!

We had a great holiday with family members. The apartment is very close to the strip so you are spoilt for choice for eateries. We tried a different one every day. You have all the amenities to cook at home as well. Just a short walk to the beach. sitting out on the balcony watching the sea (and having a couple of drinks) was really nice and relaxing. The Marinasol bar and the Spanish bar all do very good food with lots of choice. Wi fi and satellite TV worked fine. All in all a great apartment in a great location. What more could you ask for?? DB

Bars & restaurant below very noisy. No dining table inside. No dressing table in master bedroom or second bedroom. Every mirror sited too high had to stand up to use hair dryer and make up.
