"Excellent choice for those that prefer to stay near the train station, for early departures. I can't judge the surrounding area, as I was there during the student riots in Lyon, and everything in the center was closed.
The room was very nice, comfortable bed.
On site restaurant wasn't very good. Only a few menu options, and food was mediocre. However, due to the student riots, with all other restaurants in the immediate area closed, there was a long line for tables at the hotel's restaurant, and staff performed magnificently. No tables left in the restaurant, they sat overflow in the lounge, and took orders without much of a wait."
