"Great stay, couple of teething problems, we arrived and check in was fine, we were directed to our room and the maid was still making the bed, we were asked to wait until she had finished which took 5 minutes but the floor had not been cleaned. We had to then ask for the floor to be cleaned which was done. You have to hire a safe which is a bit cheeky and also you had to hire a kettle for your room 5euros which again for a four star hotel is not acceptable."

"Sarah in reception was really friendly and helpful. As per my room, the shower had a design issue and when using it the water would come out of the shower almost to the room. The rest of the room and terrace was lovely. There were good options at breakfast. Thank you very much to all staff, I had a great time."

"The hotel managed the COVID factor very well indeed with visible extra cleaning taking place both inside and the pool areas (sun loungers). The room was very comfortable indeed and again kept very clean. We felt very safe and both guests and staff adhered to the mask wearing protocols. "We had a great trip to Lanzarote. The weather was not always great but that did not stop us from making the most of it. The weekend days by the pool with the DJ and the drinks were really fun. All the staff made us feel super welcome. Tomas in particular made sure our glasses were always topped up. "
