Amazing house at perfect location

Great house, very nice and helpful owner, close to the beach, city centre, shopping centre, boulangerie at 30 metres😀. Only reason for not rating 10, was a smell of cigarettes in the salon and very sad look at the garden, not maintained at all (grass missing). Otherwise perfect stay - Merci Nathalie!

Villa con spazi grandissimi

Giardino estremamente grande, cortile dove postaggiare comodamente 2 auto, tutte le stanze molto spaziose e molto luminose .super accessoriata di elettrodomestici, struttura molto pulita. Posizione tranquilla, si arriva alla spiaggia con una bella passeggiata (circa 15 minuti) , a pochi minuti a piedi un fornito supermarket. Migliorabile il WI-FI, il materasso di una camera matrimoniale da cambiare, tutti gli altri letti invece molto comodi.

Dommage que la climatisation ne soit qu'au rez de chaussée les nuits sont chaudes en corse au mois d aout il faut ouvrir les fenêtres pour avoir de la fraicheur donc bruit de la caserne de pompier proche et ainsi que circulation dans la rue

Villa l'ile rousse

Grande et belle maison qui nous a accueilli à 4 couples vraiment à l'aise, un beau jardin très arboré et un bel espace extérieur où se retrouver pour le dîner après une sympathique partie de pétanque et de plus possibilité de garer plusieurs voitures devant la maison, sécurisées par un portail automatique. Séjour très agréable.

Il ne manque pas grand chose...

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'Ile Rousse, la maison est très bien située (la plage et les commerces accessible à pied) tout en étant au calme. La cuisine est toute neuve, bien équipée et la terrasse extérieure invite à l'apéro et aux barbecues. Notre séjour aurait été parfait si la lumière et la chaleur ne nous avaient pas réduit nos nuits. Les volets laisse passer toute la lumière : à 6h30 tout le monde debout, quelques rideaux occultants auraient été bienvenus. La climatisation n'est présente que dans le salon au RDC, pour les chambres à l'étage c'est ventilateur (c'est dommage car c'était un de nos critères de sélection, la c'est comme si il n'y avait pas de clim). Au delà de ces deux points, nous garderons quand même de très bons souvenirs de notre séjour et de la région de la Corse du Nord. Au niveau de l'accueil et du départ, rien à redire.

Les +: la situation centrale proche de la ville et de la plage, de grandes pièces à vivre et un bel espace extérieur Les - : maison qui manque d'entretien (ampoules non changées, volets et fenêtres qui ferment mal, etc...) et d'un peu de confort. Pour résumer, nous avons passé un bon séjour à 8 adultes mais nous trouvons le rapport qualité prix moyen. Un peu plus de confort serait le bienvenu.

Magnifique maison, très bien située

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Spacieuse, elle permet à chacun d'avoir son espace. Super jardin, grand parking, pas loin du centre et de la plage, il y a une boulangerie juste à côté. Tout était parfait. Le seul bémol est peut-être le très mauvais réseau wifi, mais finalement, les vacances ne sont-elles pas faites pour se déconnecter ? ;-)
