Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat with a swimming pool in the town of L’Île-Rousse, situated approximately 50 metres from the beach. It measures 42 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with new bedding – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a sofa bed, dining area, TV…
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) – a cabin-style bedroom with a porthole window

- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a high chair, a cot, an iron and an ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A shared, unfired swimming pool (4×12 m), fenced, with child safety features and open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture and a view of the swimming pool, perfect for enjoying sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in L’Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

L’Île-Rousse, nicknamed the ‘Saint-Tropez of Corsica’, has something for everyone: sun-seekers will love Corsica’s warmest microclimate! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its stunning landscapes.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park.

- Nearest railway station: L’Île-Rousse, 2 km away (4 mins by car, 18 mins on foot)
- Nearest airport: Calvi, 24 km away (28 mins by car)

- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. The swimming pool opening dates are not binding and are subject to change.

- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
