L'appartement est agréablement bien situé et tout peut se faire à pied : 10 à 15 minutes de marche pour rejoindre le centre-ville de l'Ile Rousse et la plage ou de nombreuses promenades. La location est bien équipée, la literie est de bonne qualité et la place de stationnement pour la voiture est appréciable. L'environnement est très calme, malgré la proximité de la route qui mène à Calvi. Nous avons été accueilli avec un cadeau de bienvenue et remercions la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse.

Location de dernière minute. Heureux de trouver cet appartement disponible (quoiq'un peux refroidis par les commentaires désobligeants que nous avons trouvés sur le site). Nous avons été bien surpris par le décalage entre les propos tenus par le locataire précédent et les lieux que nous avons occupés. Appartement bien agencé, terrasse agréable et appréciable, bien exposée. Bon système de climatisation. Excellent équipement (linge de maison et vaisselle) literie chambre de qualité. Confirmons effectivement accueil chaleureux de Madame Leoni. Avons passé un très agréable séjour. Pensons y revenir prochainement . Cordialement

Appartement au rapport qualité prix très moyen

Malgré la grande sympathie et l'excellent accueil de la propriétaire Mme Léoni, la location présentait certaines lacunes dommageables pour y passer des vacances confortables : climatisation avec forte odeur de cigarette, très mauvaise literie dans la chambre et lit d'appoint qui n'en est pas un (simple canapé en skaille), odeur d'égout dans la SDB, invasion de moustiques dans le logement à cause d'un nombre excessif de plantes sur la terrasse. Logement insuffisamment entretenu dans l'ensemble. La résidence est située à 15 mn à pied du centre ville et proche des commodités. Voiture obligatoire pour se rendre sur les plages avoisinantes. La station balnéaire de Ile Rousse est très agréable.

Très beau séjour à l'Île Rousse

Un séjour très agréable sur l'Île de Beauté, à l'Île Rousse. L'Île est vraiment superbe, de très beaux paysages entre mer et montagnes, des restaurants proposant des spécialités Corse, les locaux sont très accueillants. Nous avons été particulièrement satisfait par l'appartement dans lequel nous avons logé durant 2 semaines: appartement propre et bien équipé, un voisinage calme, une belle terrasse avec un barbeq (génial!!). Aussi, l'appart est très bien situé (proche de la mer, des supermarchés et du centre ville), parfait lorsqu'on se déplace à vélo comme c'était notre cas. Un grand merci à la propriétaire Marie-Joseph pour son accueil chaleureux et ses précieux conseils concernant les excursions à ne surtout pas louper, notamment celle de la Vallée de la Restonica!

Excellent rapport qualité prix

l'appartement est dans une résidence proche du centre que l'on rejoint à pied en 1/4 d'heure. C'est calme, bien équipé, et une bonne base de départ pour visiter la Balagne riche de villages de caractère haut perchés et d'un littoral qui invite à la baignade et aux randonnées. Les couchers de soleil sont enchanteurs. Mme Léoni est charmante et très attachée au bien-être de ses hôtes. Une bonne adresse.
