We had to arrive early and they worked hard to give us options for early check in and even found a room upgrade to a room with a beautiful view of Las Vegas strip. We will definitely stay here when we come back next time. The hotel is close to everything on the strip in Vegas!"

"Stayed in flamingo room, was clean and comfortable. Spacious room. Did kiosk check in and no wait time, so easy. Love the location on the strip. Pool was packed so we didn’t use it. Starbucks on site. "

"The hotel and casino were okay overall, and the room was clean. However, the customer service was very disappointing. The staff at the reception, pool bar, and inside bars were extremely rude and unhelpful whenever I needed assistance. There were very long lines and not enough employees to help guests. Unfortunately, almost every employee I interacted with seemed impatient, unfriendly, and unwilling to help resolve problems."
