"The unit looked as it did in the pictures, the check-in process was very easy and the communication with the management was good other than them taking a day to respond. The worst part about my stay was the cleanliness of the unit. it wasn’t fully cleaned prior to me getting there. On top of that there was bed bugs. I had to cut my stay short due to them making me leave for 2 days to have “pest control” do their cleaning and then i get back into the unit and nothings changed. Other than the bed...

"I stayed one night I had trouble with the gate codes and getting the door unlocked and locked when I left . The water in the bathroom was extremely hot at night and extremely cold in the morning. The gate slams so hard every time someone walks out and unfortunately I could not sleep . There was stray cats everywhere this was not what I expected."

"Overall the property was okay, but the sofa was kind of uncomfortable. It’s probably coming to the end of its useful life. If you’re traveling without kids it’s a great option but it’s probably not somewhere I would go with my kids. "Everything is very new and updated inside apartment. I had a very nice 2 day stay there. "

"Place was different than what was depicted in the pictures, but the apartment was clean and I liked having the keyless entry. Toilet was broken and there was no working hot water. The description said there were wash cloths available, but there were only 2 large towels used for drying, not washing. Check-Out time could have been more generous (11pm or noon) given that Check-In was after 4pm. We had to rush out before we were well rested."
