"Very convenient location across from gare de Lyon and all other public transportations. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a very large shopping center. My only biggest complain is the lack of help from the staff at the reception failing to give me the proper information for parking my rental car. I had to ask very detail questions about rate, and ways to park. I was NOT given any access or exit codes or proper instructions on how to access the garage and how to get into it. Since the procedure requires many codes punched at different steps, a map or written instructions would have been helpful. Instead I was left to be stuck in and out of the garage. Having a different exit code was not intuitive."
