4 night stay in Lyon. Hotel is located beside Westfield shopping centre and a short distance from the main train station. The hotel itself was clean, but the carpets in the corridor leading to the rooms could do with replacing as they are heavily marked and looked dirty. Best view I have ever had at a hotel in my life. Staff was nice. The room service came within 20 minutes and it was really good. Convenient tram right at the front of the building. Only 10 minutes to vieux Lyon.

A good hotel well located for the train station . 20 minute walk to old town. If travelling by train access the hotel via Westfield shopping centre, not the road which is seedy. Problem with air conditioning on first night but this was resolved next day.

Not great, especially considering high price. Two elevator rides are needed to get to the room as lobby is on the 32 floor. Carpet is dirty and should be replaced, room was not very clean. There was no coffee maker in the room although it was included in the description. When I asked turned out that only “premium” rooms have them. Again considering price above 360 usd per night I would expect more. The nice thing was a panoramic view. I would not stay there again.
