Pretty independent villa with private swimming pool of 5x10m for 10/11 people, with superb garden, lawn, trees, palm trees and opposite, located 300m from the sea and 500m from the sandy beach of Calaforn´. Villa located in the residence Les Tres Cales, in a quiet area, 2.5 km from shops and town center. Large garden, with ping pong table, terrace, barbecue, private parking, lounge / living room with satellite / TV, WIFI, open American kitchen, very well equipped (electric oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer), 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 4 bedrooms (3 are double and 1 for 4 people) balcony with garden view. All bedrooms are equipped with fans.

la casa esta muy bien , cómoda ,limpia , buena ubicación , lo único malo que no tiene aire acondicionado solo tiene ventiladores y con eso no es suficiente

L'agence Miami Location a fait une erreur de réservation, et nous a attribué une autre maison que celle que nous avions réservé ! Cette nouvelle maison (également sur le site Abritel sous le n°885809) était dans un état déplorable, tant au niveau de la propreté que de l'entretien général de la maison. Tout tombait en ruine, et il manquait beaucoup d'équipements de base (pas de poubelle, pas de saladier, une cafetière digne d'une dinette pour enfants…). Une honte par rapport au prix payé pour cette location. Seuls points positifs, un jardin et un terrain de pétanque très agréables, et un emplacement plus proche de la plage.
