I suggest the hotel disclose these fees more transparently to prevent surprises. Most disappointingly, when I called hotel to inquire about these fees after my visit, the staff was aggressive and unprofessional. This lack of service recovery has discouraged me from staying here again. Professionalism and clearer communication are definitely needed."

"This property is very dated and trying to fit in. There are mirrors EVERYWHERE!! With lots of fingerprints The carpets were pretty dirty… the restaurant was understaffed… the food was pretty good tho. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the beds and linens we very comfortable! Location for us and all the activities we were doing was perfect! "

"I booked a two-night stay and received confirmation, including a response from the host when I inquired about directions from the airport. However, upon arrival, there was no one present, and no instructions were provided for accessing the property. My booking still showed as active. When I contacted Hotels.com, I was informed only then, that the host had cancelled my reservation via email despite active on the app. This alone was highly distressing. While attempting to resolve the situation outside the property, the experience escalated further when a police helicopter began circling overhead and shining a spotlight on me. Shortly after, two armed police officers approached me from a police car as if I were a suspect. This was an extremely frightening and humiliating experience. This situation reflects a serious failure in communication and basic duty of care. No guest should be placed in such a position."
