No one was at reception desk at the time of check-in (1600-1800). No one picked up the phone listed at the notice board. We only managed to check in after 1.5hrs in the cold Tokyo evening after getting the locals to try to contact the hotel. Room condition was bad. There was left over food in the fridge and the bedsheets looked soiled. Hotel does not respond to emails or phone.
