"THE WORST PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE! In the morning I noticed that I got bitten by a bug. But I never knew what it was. I went back to my home and for few weeks I found my skin is so itchy, and I found the bed bugs. This ruined my weeks and it cost a lot to call the expert to disinfect everything at my house. I am 100 percent sure that it came from here because I have never exprienced this before. JUST DONT GO THERE."

We appeared to be the only guests in the hotel and very sparingly saw the single staff member who was doing everything.Our only real dissatisfaction was that the room was very warm and there was only a fan. "Best location in Zakopane if you are there for nature and hikes rather than souvenir bonanza and get-me-the-smoked-cheese crowd control in Zakopane center. The hotel is less than 3 years old, very fresh and with super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is gourmet level but be aware only open Thursday-Sunday (both dinner and lunch). "

"The location of this hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond and was very pleasant. The breakfast options were fantastic. Kids area and activities were enjoyed by our 7 year old. Would definitely stay again!"
"A gem! Close to everything and ideal parking! I have stayed in Zakopane before and by far this has been the best stay yet. The apartments are very specious, luxury finishes and extremely clean. Covered underground garage and outside parking included in price and the spots are also very specious (can’t say the same thing about other hotels). Very easy to check in after hours due to very detailed instructions. Would definitely recommend to everyone."
"We really liked the pool and the sauna. We used it every day after sightseeing to relax. The location is perfect, less than a minute walk from Krupówka street but away from the crowds. The staff was super nice. One important note if you visit in the summer, only certain units have air conditioning. Ours had it which was very important to us. "
