"We checked in (2 rooms for 3 nights) , looked at our rooms and cancelled. Had to find another hotel. It was dirty, rugs filthy in halls, stairs unsafe, railing very loose and wobbly. General disrepair throughout . Was not able to get any of our 6 nights refunded. Large metal keys that you left at front desk when you went out. Not secure. Extremely disappointed with Le Kleber and Expedia."

"The property and the staff were fantastic! The interior seems brand new inside of a beautiful old stone structure. We got help with dinner reservations and a discount on the Batorama tour boat. Highly recommend this hotel! "
