"Very convenient location,"

"The building is a little on the older side but the convenience makes up for it. They cleaned the room every day. The staff was always respectful and kind. There’s a free laundry area on site. There’s a 7-11 right across the street and literally down the street from the base. You can walk to the train and the mall in 10-20 min."

"The staff was super friendly and the vibe was very personal perfect location next to beach"

"Casablanca Pool House was an absolute incredible experience they’re so kind and accommodating, the house is so clean upon arrival, having a private pool and outdoor tub is rare to find in Japan especially on a last minute booking ! "Great location, wonderful communal bath and friendly staff."

"1. Our AC was broken. Instead of changing our room, they give us a fan. 2. There’s no elevator to the ground floor. We have to take our big luggage on the escalator."

"Really nice hotel. Well appointed with a real tranquil vibe. Staff were great, and the breakfast buffet selection was just right. Perfect hotel for Kamakura."
