"Good: helpful staff and nice bedding Bad: the property was last remodeled in 2007, and it really shows. The couch and carpet are old, so are the TV and decorations. The faucet is so short that it's almost impossible to use. And we found and killed a bedbug with blood. The hotel has seen its glory days, but now the owner is just trying to milk it as long as it can. Definitely not worth it and won't come back again. BTW, we found in the guest service directory stating that each room is entitled...

"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very welcoming, the room was spotless, and the hotel’s location made it easy to get around. Highly recommend!"

"Rooms are in good conditions. Location is a little outskirts of main Beijing. Downside - breakfast diddnt have much vegetarian options. As breakfast was together with Four point Sheraton, the menu for meals too was not fantastic "

"清潔で、連泊の際の清掃もきちんとされている。フロントで日本語は通じないが、英語は通じる。近くにはセブンイレブンがあり便利（現金は使えない）。"

"Hotel staff are the most helpful they are polite and professional. Food in the restaurant on the premise is good and a good value; for the Westerners. The experience of its coffee machine is left more to be desired. The most negative experience is the hotel room temp is lack of control during the mid October. The hotel does not providing air-conditioning, with the rooms in building #9 are either west or east facing baked under morning or afternoon sun the room temperature is unbearably hot."

"The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but in the inside it’s all new and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beds are firm and comfortable. Room is dark in the morning and 0 noise, the location is ideal to go visit the zoo. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from."

"Excellent service and friendly."

"Nice location, clean room, friendly staff"
