"This hotel is pretty close to being a true 5-star. Stayed here for over a week. Special thanks to Mursel at front desk. Can't think of a better option in the area at this price point. It was a good choice. Would come back.
Liked:
- the food was delicious and the quality was better than at similar 5-start hotels nearby;
- very large area and only contains 429 guest rooms plus villas, look up how many rooms some nearby hotels have;
- unlike at some other hotels, here all alcohol drinks are included, including premium brands - it is a true all-inclusive;
- hosted different shows every day and they were enjoyable;
- live music;
- great for families;
- the water park has several slides;
- replaced uncomfortable pillows with "feather & down" type on demand;
- located not too far from the airport;
- provided great service overall;
- there's a public bus that can take you to the nearby shops in 10 min.
Didn't like:
- no free airport shuttle;
- following booking, they didn't respond to my message on Hotels.com - had to send an email directly where I received a response;
- some rooms require maintenance, they are quite worn out;
- the WiFi didn't work upon arrival, but was fixed the next day;
- the public hamam didn't have towels nor shower gel or shampoo (very strange);
- not all staff knew how to prepare cocktails, there should be training;
- the water-sports & activities were way too expensive;
- the mattress was too firm, took whole week to get used to."
