"The setting is magical, and perfect for our smaller kids with activities and a kid-friendly swimming pool. Property condition felt a little dated and dining options were few and expensive, esp given the indoor option was very small and the hotel has no spirits licence (so only beer and wine available) "

"Location by the lakeside is excellent. This is essentailly operated as a home stay. The food is prepared according to pre-order not as a restaurant - please note this in case of late check in. "Stayed here for a night during our Kerala trip. The property is very well maintained and all rooms had a backwater view. The check in was smooth. There were a lot of complimentary and paid activities. We did the sunset cruise and did a paid shikara ride for 2 hours. The bf buffet was good. Wi-Fi worked fine. The stay was value for money. "The food/buffet was very nice, very well managed by executive chef Manoj and his staff. They took great care of my kid who was being very picky. Housekeeping was great. It would be great if they can provide accommodation and good restrooms to drivers. Our driver could not sleep and had to drive 90 Kim’s to his home to sleep."
