Two bedrooms with double bed and large wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet and a separate guest toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment.

The residence "Unter den Linden", one of the most beautiful residences Kuehlungsborn, was built in 1920 by the Berlin transport for employees in klassiztischen embossed style. 
The building was extensively renovated in 2000 and supplemented by a new building. Here there is an ideal combination of historic buildings and modern technology. The floors are accessible by elevator. The house has a large bicycle storage and other storage rooms available. A parking and a terrace are available.
