"What I dont like was the late check-in due to room was not ready. We were 45 minutes late but room was still not ready. However, we were compensated with an hour late checked out. Love the location. Situated next door to Pavilion, a shopping haven. 8 minutes drive to KLCC and TRX Exchange Mall. 25 minutes away from KL East Mall. Great food available to late hour. So convenient. The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and always with a smile. Top service shown by every staff we encountered....

"Had a great experience with my friends at le meridien. Reason we chose this hotel was because of the walking distance from the train station to the hotel. Pretty much saves us some travelling time.
