"This hotel has excellent service. Request for extra towel & bedding was attended to quickly even though we checked in after midnight. Unfortunately the walls are thin. The people in the room diagonally to us were talking so loudly that we could hear them at 3am. Someone must be smoking along the corridor & we could smell it near the door area. Thankfully it did not permeate throughout the room. I would come back again but hopefully we have more considerate neighbours. "

"The location was very good, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to Petronas Towers, just a short walk away. Hop on hop off bus was just around the corner, stop number 8, well worth a 2 day pass."
