"Staff was very helpful in answering questions , they all spoke English as I don’t speak any Polish. Place was very clean, and modern. It was also very good location, close to Old Krakow and was on the river, which is a nice walk. I would recommend this place.😊"

"Check in was easy. We dropped off our bags and went out to eat. When we came back, the key would not work. We called the front desk and he was not immediately concerned to come help us but ultimately did. He determined the lock to be defective and gave us a new room immediately but said the property technician was gone for the day and we would not be able to get our suitcases out until the morning. "Absolutely loved this hotel, from the size and cleanliness of the rooms, to the attentiveness of the staff here. Location is brilliant, less five minutes walk to the train station (Grzegórzki), roughly 15 minutes walk to Old Town, around 10 minutes across the bridge to Schindler’s factory, and right in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Plus you’ve Banksy’s museum next door. Check in was very easy, all staff speak good English and when I asked to have everything removed from the minibar so I could use it as a fridge for my own things, this was sorted immediately. Breakfast at the hotel was a great selection, the coffee was lovely! I ate at the restaurant on the first night, food, drinks and service were top notch! Also had a couple of the cocktails during their happy hour, delicious! Really nice in the courtyard at that time of day too, perfect way to wind down before the evening. I felt completely safe in the area, even when returning early hours of the morning, plus reception is manned 24/7. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return to Krakow. "
