"Great shuttle from airport. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable and quiet rooms."

"Was not told there is no hot water. Asked for a 4am wake up call and didn't get one until 4:30am. The front desk guy said he was busy when asked why he didn't call when specific asked for. Asked for a to go breakfast but did not get one. If you want poor customer service ,no hot water and staff to busy to attend to the customer needs this is a hotel for you. I will never go back to this hotel again."

"The room was clean, however the bathroom had a chemical smell"

"Rapporto qualità prezzo molto vantaggioso. Posizione ottima"

"Located near to a number of trams, and the M4 metro, which goes directly to the airport. Neighbourhood has shops, restaurants and other amenities which is helpful. Hotel is really clean, and quiet, with a good breakfast offering. The balcony was a nice touch and bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again"

"Booked a premium suite. Two nice bedrooms, comfy living room and both the balconies had amazing views of Vitosha Mountain. All the amenities you would need are there. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff were very helpful. Great location, which was quiet, but only a short walk to most of the sights. Had a great time at this hotel"

"We were delayed checking in, but the late night receptionist patiently waited for us to arrive. The hotel was a little difficult to spot, as it has a rather small and discrete facade (especially difficult night-time). Parking was in a quite narrow space, but right outside the hotel entrance. The room was in a classic dark brown style, but very nice and clean. Our double room had bathroom, bedroom and a small living room with a tiny TV. The AC was vey comfortable and efficient."

"Wir haben die größte Suite bekommen. Das Appartment lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Alles sauber und angenehm. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten kein Frühstück."

"Suite très agréable, spacieuse, jolie vue. Salle de bain très bien conçue et très grande. Petit déjeuner très bon."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and suggesting restaurants. The locations is central and easy to get to."

"Amazing little gem in Sofia. I will be back at this hotel. Hotel staff was great and helpful."

"What a fantastic stay at a great place with a lovely host. I couldn't have asked for a better two nights in Sofia. I'm sad that I found stay longer! The host was so kind, informative, and passionate about helping his guests. The space was functional and comfortable."

"The location is perfect and the place was clean. Except for 1 pillow cover that I got (I didn't feel it was very new) haha"
