This luxury villa is located on the first floor in the quiet neighborhood of Santa Barbara. From the rooftop terrace and garden, guests can enjoy views of the unspoiled island of Klein Bonaire. With a total surface area of 225 m², there is plenty of space to relax. The center of Kralendijk is 5.8 kilometers away, while Zhung Kong supermarket is 5 kilometers. For a day at the beach, Isidel Beach Park is 4 kilometers away, and snorkeling or diving enthusiasts will find Dive Friends Den Laman at the same distance. Well-known spots such as Rum Runners are 4.7 kilometers away, ideal for an evening out.



The layout



The villa has three bedrooms, two with a comfortable king-size bed (180 by 200 centimeters) and one with two single beds (90 by 200 centimeters). There are three bathrooms plus an extra separate toilet. The open kitchen connects directly to the living room and is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, kettle, and ice maker. - No dryer - There is no dryer, but thanks to the sun and trade winds, your laundry will often be dry within a few hours.

Guest Access:

Our guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate toilet, the open kitchen, living room, veranda, garden and rooftop terrace. The private pool with jacuzzi is entirely for their use. There is free parking on the property and on the street. For water sports enthusiasts, rinse tanks and storage are available. Inside, there is air conditioning in both the living room (daytime, on solar) and bedrooms.



The Neighborhood:

Santa Barbara is a quiet, green neighborhood in the east of Bonaire, known for its spacious layout and wide views. From here, you can quickly reach the beaches, dive and snorkeling spots, and the lively center of Kralendijk. The neighborhood offers plenty of privacy while the main amenities are just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Villa Kromboon. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in to Villa Kromboon is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations.
