"Hotel very clean. I like that the flooring is Hardwood/ tile. Breakfast was good- missing salsa, shredded cheese to add to scramble eggs (yum). Beds are spring beds, not pocket coil or foam, so not the most comfortable. They need to upgrade matresses. "

"We were unable to check-in right away when we arrived. We were early by 25 minutes, but had to wait 45 to get a room. They did upgrade us at that time. The room was good, but had a very strong chlorine smell that never dissipated. The room was quiet. A good breakfast was included. The area did have a few sketchy characters, but was convenient to shopping, the movie theatre, and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly."

"Great stay! Lubna at front desk was exceptional! So helpful and friendly!!!! Pool was heated but a little cloudy. Breakfast starting at 6am was a plus because we were there for a dance comp with early mornings. My daughter thought the Waffles and sausages at breakfast were delicious and the kitchen staff was also friendly and helpful. Room was clean and check in and check out were a breeze. "

"Iwanted to be close to my mom, it was convenient for that. I cook meals for my mom too and the place was not equipped for that, the iven didn't work properly, took 5 hrs for lasagna! The kitchen is very tiny and has cluster all over it so room wasn't efficient and pots provided not adequate. My biggest concern was the landlord lived there with her grown son and they could hear me and I them! It was too cool to sit outside but you wouldn't have privacy, they argued alot. The house is very old so the cleanliness was affected, mold in places.The landlord was very pleasant but obviously lived in the rented part. Room was locked, cupboards locked, signes everywhere of what not to do or touch. There's one towel bar in the bathroom and a sign telling you not to remove or use the towel, and a pair of shoes underneath. Weird"

"Room was in poor shape, tiles coming off the walls in bathroom, shower head not attached, mold on ceiling. Bucket in hallway catching a roof leak. Prob the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years and not what we are use to "

"Stayed here for family day weekend with some friends and had a great time. Would recommend "

"A lovely, bright and spacious accommodation. The apartment has character with lots of room to be together or by yourself. The house is close to the lake, you can see it from the porch. There is a great walking trail along the lake that goes for miles. Also, you are very close to downtown Barrie, just a good walk to shops and good restaurants. The place comes with a parking spot which is a real plus."
