"Fire alarm taped off and wrapped in plastic, obviously not working, No plugs in bathroom basin and bath. Poor water pressure in shower and difficult to get hot water. We went to reception to get new towels but they didn't have any as they had not had a delivery from the laundry and we had to go back later. Towels very old and hard.
