要注意シャトルバスの時刻表は意味がないシャトルバスは予約する必要がある、予約しても次の時刻表の時間に来いと言われたことがあった迎えを頼んでいたのに迎えが来ないとにかくシャトルバスサービスは使い物にならない

房間很大，基本設備齊全，但設施有點殘舊，第二日坐廁還爆了水管，水不斷湧出，整個洗手間水浸，職員還要2小時後才來處理

Overall, the hotel is good. It is clean and comfortable, the facilities are good. The price is attractive but when I used Expedia to book the hotel, I had to pay more RM10 for the tourist tax, that is unreasonable.

편하게 쉴수있는 호텔

시내에서조금떨어져있지만 우버앱을 이용해서 어렵지않게 시내로 나갈수있었습니다. 호텔은 수영장에서 놀고 앞에 해변산책..1층식당이나마트 이용해서 잘쉬고 잘먹고 잘놀았습니다. 다만 주방식기가 부족했고 에어컨에서 오래된 필터냄새가 났습니다.

During check out the staff was not friendly and was on middle of phone chatting while I was standing in-front of him.. Feel very disappointed when I have to wait for more than half an hour just for housekeeping to confirm for my release.. Another incident I left my satin cloth and have to wait for more than an hour just to get my cloth and have to fill up form to get the cloth.

酒店位置好，易找，前台服務員也算佳，但酒店清潔度不足，WiFi接收近乎無。竟然無熱水供應，洗澡間去水位竟然有利器陷阱令人容易割場，第一天洗澡令2人受傷，真心要改善。

Good location. Good view.

What is lacking are the essentials like : 1. Iron 2. Micro oven or toaster 3. Pots and pans 4. Gas. In the previous stay, I was provided with all the above as part of the service-apartment package.

Don't trust the pictures.

Plus - Good location: quiet neighbourhood with easy access to town and other tourist attractions. Small grocery store is situated in the same building for stocking up on supplies. Quick checking in and out at the front desk. There are a number of good staff there - friendly and attentive. But there are also a number of stuck-ups there as well. Minus - Sparsely furnished (unlike the ones shown in the pictures). Cleaners didn't do a good job making up the rooms. Parking is not free, even for guests. It is made worse if one is to enter and exit the parking garage multiple times in a day because it is on a per entry basis. No convenient ramps to assist the elderly and those physically challenged. Housekeeping personnel cannot take and fulfil multiple requests. Multiple calls had to be made to get iron, ironing board, and hair dryer to be sent to the room. The refrigerator doesn't work, and no attempts were made to get it fixed even after informing the front desk twice. We quit asking after those 2 times. Their practice is to "ignore the guest, and eventually the guest will quit asking; hence, solving the problem." A day's worth of groceries went bad because of the fridge. Thanks to those at the front desk.
