"Excellent location within a few minutes walking distance to the Venetian Port. One of the reasons I chose this hotel is that they have parking available and are so close to the area that can primarily be accessed on foot. The breakfast had a lot of Cretan food so it was a good introduction before venturing out. The shared outdoor and indoor sitting areas are very welcoming. The staff, including the valets, the front desk and the restaurant area, were super helpful and friendly. Would happily stay there again if I find myself in Chania."

"Had an amazing time at the hotel. The rooms were very nice with great furnishings and bathrooms. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, in particular the chef during the week. The property is also in an excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone to stay here!"

"The property is in excellent condition. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. There is a low key and relaxing vibe to the resort. The facilities are first class. There can be a language barrier at times but just stay with it and you will get your point across. The buffet restaurant offers many choices and the quality is very good. The beach is on-site and the chairs and umbrellas are included. The area around the resort has limited restaurants, but Chania Harbor and Old Town are a short drive away, where there are numerous dining options, as well as some nice sights to see. There is a swim up bar, as well as a larger pool and hot tub area. The exterior seating of the Main Bar has an excellent view of the setting sun and is a fun place to grab a cocktail, with attentive servers. The on-site restaurants are small and offer limited seating, so make your reservations as soon as you arrive."

"First thing to know is that a cab does not pull up to the hotel as the area is restricted to vehicles. Mind you it’s not a far walk, but we came in by bus from Heraklion and it took us a bit to find the hotel and we had a few suitcases to lug with us. Thankfully the wheels did not fall off😂. Our room was small so we requested an upgrade and they were very accommodating. We had a balcony and really enjoyed sipping some wine and absorbing the energy. Location is prime, walking distance to everything. There is a small elevator there which is a bonus. Overall a nice enjoyable experience "
