"Clean room except for the fact that in both rooms there were ants in the washroom. Killed about 20+ in each room, one room had flying ants. Mentioned it discretely to the front desk and they were not surprised saying this happens. They offered to apply a gel to deter them, obviously this is common for them.
Overall staff are quite friendly and nice."
"The hotel was very clean and staff were so helpful with everything we asked. From needing an iron in our room to planning day trips. They even took the topper of the mattress bc my brother in law needed the bed more firm. Breakfast was incredible. I felt like I was in a resort with the choices we had. The only minor complaint I have is the lights in the room were a little too dark for me. But such a minor inconvenience and only bc I have poor vision."

"Very large room with one big bed and another smaller plus a sofa. Clean, and toiletries were provided; wish they had some tissues/ Kleenex but maybe this is not common here. Room was on top and had to haul the luggage plus climb up and down two flights of stairs for everything, not a big issue but someone less able would have big problems. Nicely placed on a small street full of little stores and restaurants, close to everything, but parking is a big issue and we ended up with a ticket even if...

Although many people relay on their own streaming services, it was suprising that with 24 channels, noe offered English progamming. An English news syation would have been nice.
No elevator going up and down 2 sets of stairs a bit harder for the older folks. The check in clerk, did take them up for us."
