This time our room was nicer (more sun light, in better shape and smelled nice) I love the view of the Cathedral and most of the staff were polite and willing to help. We travel often to NYC and had stayed at many hotels but Lotte Palace has become our favorite hotel in NYC we will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is at a very convenient location, easy access to everywhere. Hotel room is not as spacious as it shows in photos but it’s NYC, so no complain. It has a nice high ceiling and very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Chris who got us checked in and have been extremely helpful to our enquirers and requests throughout our stay. We really love our stay here."
