"Very clean, friendly staff, good location."

"My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. The breakfast was wonderful, the spa was amazing and housekeeping was on top of things. We walked to many of the really nice cafes and restaurants during our stay. It feels like a nice quaint neighborhood. Taxi drive were not bad at all but were needed if you wanted to go outside of lara and into Old Town or the resturants at the resorts. Other than that we enjoyed our stay! Thank you."

"Very nice property"

"From the moment we stepped off the elevator onto the dirty, stained, musty smelling carpet on the way to the room, hopes of a enjoyable experience were eliminated. The room reserved through expedia was not the room described. The room was very small, too small for 2 adults, no area for luggage, and an A/C system that turns off everytime the patio door is opened. The curtain rod was tied to the open clothes rack because it was pulled off the wall, dust webs in the corner of the room from not...

"The room had no outside windows, just a skylight. There is no way to sleep through the day because the skylight streams in so much light. The bathroom stinks of sewer smell. The hand basin has no 'P' trap. The 'P' trap holds a small amount of water to create a seal, preventing sewer gases from entering the room. I felt so sorry for the cleaning staff because as soon as they walked into the room they went straight to the sink to try and neutralize the smell. There is a safe in the room but no...

"The location is excellent and very convenient. The fact that the hotel is brand new is definitely a plus. Everything looks modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The food looks delicious, and the presentation is lovely. Overall, a great choice thanks to its location and the amenities it offers."
