Bonus points for the coffee maker, free bottled water, and random little coffee candies that I definitely didn’t need but definitely ate. "We booked through hotels.com for 2 adults and a 12 year old. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel does not have rooms that cater for children. We were all expected to sleep in one bed. My 12 year old is 5’9”! There were no other rooms available for the first night of our stay but were offered an additional room for the second night at a cost to us. We had not budgeted for an additional room so we were left with no other choice. If we would have known this prior, we would have booked somewhere else. Hotels.com should not be selling these rooms! "
